Coverage Included
Package Protection exclusively covers the following situations:
 • Package officially confirmed as lost by the carrier
 • Package damaged during transit
 • Product received broken or unusable upon delivery
 • Delivery marked as completed but not received after verification
Claim Conditions
All claims must comply with the following conditions:
 1. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery date provided by the carrier.
 2. Supporting evidence may be required, including:
 • photos of the package,
 • photos of the product,
 • a detailed description of the issue.
 3. Any fraudulent claim will result in permanent refusal of compensation or replacement.
Exclusions
Package Protection does not cover:
 • incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout,
 • recipient unavailability at the time of delivery,
 • theft occurring after confirmed delivery by the carrier,
 • damage caused after the package has been received,
 • delivery delays beyond our control.
Claim Review
All claims are carefully reviewed and verified with the shipping carrier before any refund or replacement is approved.
We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the conditions listed above.
