Return Authorization (Mandatory)
 • Customers must request a return authorization within 28 days of delivery.
 • Once the request is reviewed, customers will receive:
 • A Return Authorization Confirmation, and
 • The approved return address

 • Customers must clearly indicate that their return has been approved before shipping.
 • Do not send any item without prior validation.
 • Returns sent without authorization will be automatically refused.

Return Conditions 

To be eligible:
 • Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
 • All tags, seals, and accessories must be intact
 • Any non-compliant return will be rejected

Free Returns Policy
 • Returns are free of charge only if all conditions are fully met
 • If conditions are not met:
 • The return may be refused, or
 • A restocking fee (20%–40%) will apply

Return Procedure
 1. Contact us via email to request approval
 2. Wait for official confirmation and assigned return address
 3. Clearly mark your package with your approved return reference
 4. Ship the item only after validation

Refunds
 • Processed within 14 business days after inspection
 • Refunds exclude:
 • Original shipping fees
 • Any applicable restocking fees

Non-Returnable Items
 • Custom or personalized products
 • Sale/clearance items
 • Opened hygiene products
 • Gift cards
